This course will be an exploration of the Eight Limbs building up to focus on the last three limbs: dharana (focus), dhyana (meditation), and samadhi (direct relationship) – what are collectively known as Samyama.
The Eight Limbs act as a kickstand when problems arise personally, socially, and systemically. Through the practice of the Eight Limbs the practitioner can not only move beyond their limited perceptions, they can make space for their own as well as others’ thriving. In the practitioner’s commitment to the practice, harmony can be realized as a byproduct.
