This session will engage participants in the Breathe, Move, Rest approach to Mindful Movement. Participants will explore how to engage others in yoga across the lifespan in a variety of settings taking into consideration the strengths and challenges which may be present in each yoga student. Breathe, Rest, and Move strategies to address high energy, low energy, desire for focus and anxiety/stress will be explored through an interactive practice session. Participants will leave invigorated with new ideas, as well as a completed breathing string/bracelet to incorporate into their personal and professional yoga practice right away.
